Installation Supervisor

Position Overview:

Otis is continuously expanding, and we are seeking a skilled Installation Supervisor to lead and manage numerous installation and construction projects in the Jinan area, reporting directly to the Installation Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Define project objectives and oversee installation activities—monitor equipment installation, track on-site progress, and coordinate with all stakeholders both on-site and off-site.
2. Communicate and collaborate with all parties involved, including clients, construction teams, engineering supervisors, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
3. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while supervising the team and subcontractors.
4. Work closely with the project team to mitigate safety, compliance, and quality risks, adhering to local government regulations and legal requirements.
5. Guarantee customer satisfaction, provide technical support, and enhance project profitability.
6. Train and supervise subcontractors (if applicable) on safety, quality, and operations to ensure standard service delivery to clients.

Qualifications:
1. An associate degree is required; a bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience (minimum of 5 years) is preferred.
2. Experience in the elevator and construction industry is essential.
3. Safety should be your top priority.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills are required, with the ability to contribute positively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced work setting.
5. Ability to work independently, with strong computer and organizational skills as well as a business mindset.
