Job Summary

This is a key role within the JM Huber Corporation, responsible for leading and implementing regional digital marketing communications initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate with Global Marketing Communications peers to ensure global branding alignment and execution of global processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement regional marketing communications strategies to ensure branding alignment with Global Marcomm guidelines.
  • Enhance CP Kelco branding and lead generation through digital platforms, building in-region capability to impact the industry.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, generating content to increase engagement with customers and distributor partners.
  • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Support the Asia Pacific Marcomm budget plan, executing according to company procurement processes to ensure expenditure is within plan.
  • Develop monthly marketing updates from external market trends, new product launch activities, key players' media messages, and competitors, reporting at regional monthly meetings.
  • Assist in the development of marketing trend presentations with regional insights for new product launch campaigns or customer and distributor engagement.
Key Challenges
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technology to enhance digital marketing tactics and enable lead generation.
  • Keeping current with global marketing trend information and evolving consumers' needs.
  • Managing multiple projects and completing them within specific timelines.
  • Maintaining sensitivity and respect towards diversity and inclusion within the organization.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience.
  • Highly detail-oriented with analytical mind.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong capability in Excel, PowerPoint, and graphic design programs.
  • Excellent content writing skills to influence digital platforms.
  • Highly experienced and skilled in working with third-party databases like Innova, Globaldata, and the use of the internet for data mining and information gathering.
  • Teamwork skills, both as a team leader and team member, working across a cross-functional matrix.
