About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to play a key role in our digitalization transformation. As part of our marketing team for Great China, you will support the Marketing Head to drive demand-generation marketing campaigns for our China company business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing head to drive demand-generation marketing campaigns for China company business.
  • Enhance brand awareness and desirability through our digital platforms.
  • Lead social strategy and landing to ensure an effective, efficient, and innovative digital plan that fulfills different campaign objectives.
  • Optimize our digital ecosystem to support brand sustainable growth and omnichannel business.
  • Ensure owned media channels according to brand management.
  • Create and post-digital marketing content (articles, graphics, and videos) or livestream on all matrix digital platforms (such as WeChat, Red, Douyin, Weibo, etc.).
  • Generate leads in a digital way to effective business processes or create new business opportunities; pick appropriate leads and make best practices to help business.
  • Collaborate with the HQ brand and digital team to drive global digital projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and work closely to keep our brand and products exposed.
  • Monitor competitors' news and update them on digital platforms.
  • Be a social listener on both internal and external digital platforms.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Marketing or similar.
  • A foodie with strong motivation and enthusiasm for digital.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing analytics and provide insights for optimization.
  • 3+ years or plus hands-on experience with current China matrix platforms.
  • Strong communication and cross-function collaboration experience.
  • Takes ownership and accountability.
  • Fluent in written English.
