Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to meet brand standards and drive retail excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and feedback.
  • Work closely with the Geo team to deliver seasonal and campaign downloads, new store openings, and key city moments.
  • Provide valuable insights from the frontline to support excellent brand and retail experience direction and development.
  • Manage retailer visual merchandising teams and coach in-store talent through store practice and experience.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree holder or above with good English skills in both speaking and writing.
  • 3-5 years of related experience in visual merchandising and graphic design, or fashion/sport-brand company working experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and insight with retail presentation.
  • Strong communication and mature interpersonal skills.
  • Market trends and styling insights, and understanding of China consumer.
  • Skillful use of office software and graphics editor.
