Job Title: IT Domain Specialist - Intern

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive IT Domain Specialist - Intern to join our team at Philips. As an IT Domain Specialist - Intern, you will be responsible for providing 1st line support in solving problems and complaints in terms of IT service & solutions, and handling the escalation to the 2nd line support teams either China or global.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide 1st line support in solving problems and complaints in terms of IT service & solutions
* Handle the escalation to the 2nd line support teams either China or global
* Update IT applications and environments as required, both hardware and software, in cooperation with other IT domains and global IT or Suppliers
* Organize training for end users on IT applications and its relevant environment, provide advice in the use of relevant technologies
* IT application deploy & implementation for different user communities as required

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in IT or software development or software engineering
* Proactive behaviors and ability to quick learn/grow in a complex environment
* Familiar with applications like GitHub, MS ADS
* Familiar with operation system like Windows, Linux OS, and basic network knowledge
* Language skills: Chinese and English, in speech and writing
* Able to attend 3 days per week and duration 3 months at least
