Job Title: IT Staff Engineer

At Infineon Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled IT Staff Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our digital transformation and ensuring the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Work closely with internal and external partners to develop and implement technical solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Design and implement technical architectures for application integration and interface design, ensuring scalability and agility.
  • Develop and implement measures and KPIs to assess the as-is situation and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Provide consultancy to enable best practice sharing and foster consistent integration patterns and interface designs.
  • Ensure that integration solutions and interfaces meet all security, data protection, regulation, and legal requirements.
  • Own the documentation repository and govern changes and the integration of new use cases into the existing documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in IT-related fields, with 3+ years of experience in integration architecture and interface design in the Web application ecosystem.
  • Preferable experience with defining, implementing, and operating interfaces for an enterprise-level Content Management System, such as Adobe Experience Cloud or Open Source.
  • Familiarity with messaging architectures, rule-based systems, and network architectures, container technology, microservices, and services meshes.
  • Proven experience in defining, implementing, and operating interfaces based on various integration patterns, technology stacks, and protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with distributed message systems, database connectivity, REST/Graph QL API, and Web application protocols, such as OAuth, DNS, and SAML.
  • Professional proficiency in at least one programming language with full-stack development and its related integration frameworks and tools.
  • Experience in cloud solution integration, MS Dynamic CRM, Event Management, Marketing Automation, WeChat mini-program, and WeChat SCRM would be a plus.
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn, passionate about new technologies, excellent technical analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with professional written proficiency in English and Chinese languages.
