Intralox China is currently seeking a highly skilled Application Engineer to support Sales and Customers in China. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to customers, ensuring their success with our products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate sales opportunities and determine product suitability through technical analysis and review of application data.
  • Collaborate with field sales to promote Intralox solutions to clients, providing technical support and guidance.
  • Take the lead on consulting and training customers on Intralox conveyor design guidelines, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to achieve their goals.
  • Evaluate and optimize conveyance systems, preparing guidelines for conveyor retrofits and ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Provide technical support during installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
  • Participate in technical audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance overall performance.
  • Collaborate with application engineers worldwide and other team members to address opportunities and resolve issues, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent Intralox as a product specialist at trade-shows, showcasing our solutions and expertise to a global audience.
Requirements:
  • Native Mandarin speaker with fluent English skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in application engineering or a similar role.
  • A self-motivated individual with strong ownership and commitment, exceling in a global team environment.
  • Ability to travel frequently throughout mainland China.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving.
  • Knowledge or experience of conveyor systems in the tire and automotive industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency in creating drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.
  • Flexible working schedule, with availability to support colleagues and customers outside regular business hours.
  • Confident presentation skills for medium to large groups of customers.
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
