Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer networks, workstations, and server systems
  • Provide technical support and training to users on the proper use and security of our systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure
  • Respond to program error messages and provide network communications support
  • Analyze and recommend process improvements to enhance our IT operations
  • Consult with colleagues to assess and resolve computing needs and system requirements
  • Inspect, test, and diagnose computer equipment and systems
  • Plan and coordinate IT-related equipment installations, moves, and changes
  • Implement network security measures and provide end-user support for all applications
  • Maintain accurate inventory of technological devices and ensure backup tapes are secure

Requirements

  • Technical, trade, or vocational school degree
  • At least 2 years of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • No license or certification required
