Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the maintenance of hotel assets in accordance with safety and statutory requirements
* Direct engineering operations and maintenance economically and in accordance with design engineers' specifications
* Obtain information and knowledge to keep abreast of industry practice, technological advancements, and new methods
* Plan, direct, and coordinate the operation of the engineering department
* Analyze and appraise the effectiveness of the engineering department
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering management
* Ability to respond swiftly to emergencies and develop contingency plans
* Stationary engineering license
* Approachable, organized, and able to handle pressure
