奥的斯正在不断发展壮大，我们正在招聘一名卓越的现代化更新销售人员，负责上海地区，并向现代化更新销售经理汇报。该职位的主要目标是通过开发潜在客户来实现销售增长，重点是获取电梯改造、更新及加装梯合同，并开发代理商成为长期合作伙伴。

通常情况下，您需要

制订和完成旧梯现代化更新销售计划

发掘和跟进现代化更新项目并与客户签订合同

分析电梯现代化更新需求，提供报价方案，负责旧梯现代化更新合同内部评审、订货，安装及移交协调工作

收取合同涉及的相关款项

成功的候选人需要具备：

您拥大专及以上学历，商科或工科类专业优先，并具备相关专业知识

您拥有3年以上工作经验，拥有现代化更新销售经验优先

您具有出色的沟通能力及良好的客户服务意识 

您具有较强书面及口头沟通表达能力，并能有效建立内部与外部客户的合作关系 

您具有较强的责任心 

您目标明确，能够适应在高度流程化的组织中工作
