Key Responsibilities
Formulate weekly production schedules to optimize inventory costs, minimize line changeovers, and reduce overtime while ensuring timely delivery to customers. Liaise with the materials team to address supply chain issues, coordinating with order management and departmental leaders to propose solutions. Assess and communicate the implications of fluctuations in customer demand, analyzing trends against plant capacity. Develop production plans, estimate required workloads, and allocate necessary resources, while overseeing daily operations to guarantee on-time deliveries and maintain optimal work-in-progress levels. Monitor, escalate, and track critical material statuses to ensure timely fulfillment of production needs. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Over 2 years of experience in production and materials planning, preferably within the electrical sector. Proficient in production scheduling techniques, ERP systems, and MRP logistics. Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Excellent command of English, both written and verbal. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
