Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct performance reviews for direct reports to ensure they meet the company's quality standards.
  • Develop and implement training plans to enhance the skills and competencies of team members.
  • Establish high standards of performance and provide support, recognition, and feedback to develop associates and foster a strong team environment.
  • Ensure timely and precise delivery of services to clients, meeting their business needs and specifications.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Supervise all stages of project management and monitor performance to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations.
  • Develop a strategic understanding of industry trends, competition, and opportunities to inform business decisions.
  • Allocate work based on team workload capacity and skills to ensure efficient resource utilization.
Qualifications
  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of professional work experience in retail or FMCG industry.
  • Strong data analysis capability and business acumen.
  • Strong communication skills and Business English knowledge.
  • Experience working in a digital-enabled environment.
  • Open-minded to change and adaptable to new situations.
  • Strong project management skills.
