Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing assigned key clients, achieving high client satisfaction, and driving growth of client business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively maintain and manage assigned key clients to achieve high client satisfaction.
  • Understand client data requests and provide deep insights into the database to find appropriate explanations.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive growth of client business.
  • Present to C-suite level or leadership teams from client's side to drive meaningful business conversations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of working experience in market research, professional services, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
