Technical Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to support our customers in maximizing the value of their Oracle investments.
Career Level - IC4
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and manage Oracle customer relationships, ensuring consistency and quality of deliverables, and helping them achieve their IT strategy and business goals.
- Technical Service Delivery: Coordinate the delivery of Oracle Services, serving as the primary delivery contact to the customer, and aligning contracted services with customer goals and objectives.
- Collaboration and Solution Identification: Work collaboratively with Sales, delivery teams, and customers to identify appropriate solutions to meet customer requirements, and establish and maintain a delivery governance model with the customer.
- Incident Management and Communication: Act as a point of contact for any major incidents, managing communication and customer expectations through resolution, and conduct periodic Service Account Planning and Account Reviews.
- Project Leadership: May have a project lead role, managing complex projects, including tracking and communicating status, risks, and outcomes.
Requirements:
- BS degree or equivalent experience.
- Over 5 years of experience in Enterprise Technology Implementation, IT Service Management, Project Management, or Account Management.
- Professional expertise in Oracle eBusiness Suite System Administration and familiarity with Oracle eBusiness Suite Architecture.
- Demonstrated understanding of Risk Management Fundamentals, Conflict Management, and Problem Solving.
- Knowledge of Contract/Project Management fundamentals, including cost, resources, scheduling, scope, and risk management.
- Prior experience in Business Development within the related industry.
- Solid working knowledge of the tools, methods, and techniques used for periodic Account Planning and Account Reviews.
- Strong communication, customer management, customer engagement, and project management skills.
- Experience with various technical architectures and operating systems.
Industry experience is desired.
