Technical Account Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our China TAM team in Beijing. As a key member of our Client Services team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving retention.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and guidance to clients on the best use of our Adjust product.
- Resolve technical challenges and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct daily check-in calls with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Collaborate with our global Support team to provide seamless support.
- Experience in a client-facing role in advertising technology.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese to work with clients in China.
- A basic understanding of data analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in Excel and command-line tools like Grep and SQL.
- Ability to break down complex topics into simple terms for client understanding.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingsness to travel (when relevant again).
