About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our China TAM team in Beijing. As a key member of our Client Services team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients on the best use of our Adjust product.
  • Resolve technical challenges and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conduct daily check-in calls with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with our global Support team to provide seamless support.
Requirements
  • Experience in a client-facing role in advertising technology.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese to work with clients in China.
  • A basic understanding of data analysis techniques.
  • Proficiency in Excel and command-line tools like Grep and SQL.
  • Ability to break down complex topics into simple terms for client understanding.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Willingsness to travel (when relevant again).
