Job Description

Renesas Electronics is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding existing client relationships, developing new clients, and increasing market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and expand existing client relationships through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Develop new clients by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Participate in market research and provide recommendations for sales strategies.
  • Regularly report sales progress and drive continuous business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish long-term partnerships with clients.
  • Possesses market insight and strong logical analysis skills to collect client needs and provide solutions.
  • Goal-oriented with strong self-management and learning abilities.
  • Fluent in Chinese with good proficiency in English communication.
