Sales Account Manager

- Actively cultivates and establishes customer connections within the designated area of responsibility.
- Responsible for enhancing KONE's presence within the assigned customer base or market segment.
- Generates and shares leads and sales prospects for the entire KONE sales team, including opportunities for cross-selling.
- Ensures customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving complaints in collaboration with the KONE team.
- Maintains comprehensive records of customer and contact details, ensuring accurate customer data management.
- Responsible for managing leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to achieve sales objectives and pricing goals.
- Confirms that the details of orders received from customers align with the outcomes of the negotiation process, including terms, conditions, quality, and safety standards.
- Ensures a smooth transition to installation, maintenance, and/or engineering teams with complete and accurate information.
- Keeps thorough records of opportunities, tasks, and customer visits.
- Provides timely and precise reporting.
- Assists the finance department in the collection of payments.
