Role Summary:
The individual will be accountable for executing sales strategies and enhancing customer support initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and cultivate the target market.
- Manage assigned accounts and optimize budget expenditures.
- Oversee a robust distributor network, aiding and evaluating distributor performance to meet annual objectives.
- Assist distributors in achieving broader end-user outreach.
- Foster and sustain customer relationships to drive in-market sales growth.
- Monitor competitive landscape closely and collaborate with the tendering team to oversee processes in the designated area.
- Collect market intelligence and regularly provide insights to the area manager.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and manage VIP accounts within the respective emerging market.
- Lead sales initiatives in coordination with the customer care team and other support departments.
- Conduct business in strict adherence to compliance standards, including Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, and Roche Safety, Security, Health, and Environmental Protection protocols.
- Acknowledge and fulfill the responsibilities associated with the line manager's SHE tasks as outlined in the SHE handbook.
- Undertake additional projects or responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.
