Job Title: Parts Sales Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Parts Sales Specialist to join our team at Mercedes-Benz. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for analyzing sales performance, implementing business development strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales.
- Develop and implement business development plans to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing, and customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market analysis, and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with external partners to develop and implement sales strategies.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in an automotive business environment, preferably in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop strategic plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Circle or Power BI.
- Knowledge of after-sales parts and service business, with a strong understanding of industry trends and market analysis.
