Job Summary

The BEA Service Parts Sales Representative plays a crucial role in generating sales of service parts to customers, while providing exceptional customer service and support. This position requires a deep understanding of the service parts offered by BEA, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Customer Service: The BEA Service Parts Sales Representative generates sales of service parts to customers, effectively communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and providing product information and solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Product Knowledge: A deep understanding of the service parts offered by BEA, including knowledge of different types of parts, their features, and compatibility with various equipment or systems.
  • Order Processing: Efficiently processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy in product selection, pricing, and shipping details, and navigating through the company's internal systems to manage orders, track inventory, and provide timely updates to customers.
  • Relationship Building: Building strong and long-lasting relationships with customers, proactively engaging with existing customers to understand their ongoing needs, identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities, and provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Targets and Reporting: Meeting or exceeding sales targets, developing sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, analyzing market trends, and preparing regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Effective collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, product management, and technical support to stay updated on product knowledge, promotional activities, and industry trends, enabling the representative to offer the best solutions to customers.
