We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team in Beijing, China.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our finance and administration functions, including accounting, tax, HR support, payroll, and general office administration. You will work closely with our Director, Marketing China, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage our accounting system, including bookkeeping, payable, journal entries, and general ledger review.
  • Coordinate with local and international auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
  • Work with our outside service providers to maintain accurate and up-to-date tax records and compliance.
  • Oversee payroll disbursements and ensure accuracy of government deductions and personal deductions.
  • Collaborate with our Head Office Human Resources teams to execute employee benefit initiatives.
  • Provide HR & Payroll reporting as necessary.
  • Maintain and update office filing systems and records.

Requirements:

  • University or equivalent degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin is essential.
  • An individual with the utmost integrity who acts in a transparent and consistent manner while always considering the best interests of the organization.
  • Team player, able to work effectively with stakeholders internally and externally.
  • High integrity, handles sensitive and confidential information professionally.
  • Positive, customer-service attitude with the ability to thrive and contribute in a small office environment.
  • Customer service focus with the ability to demonstrate tact, discretion, confidentiality, diplomacy, and trustworthiness.
  • Experience working with Accounting Software (preferably Yongyou U8).
  • Strong proficiency Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of RMB 400,000 - RMB 600,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
