Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Trade Finance Operations professional to join our team at Crédit Agricole CIB. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Trade Finance products, including Letter of Credit, Collection, Letter of Guarantee, import and export financing, and TCF products.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise in Trade Finance products and operations, ensuring compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with local processing teams and platforms to ensure efficient and quality daily production.
  • Identify and respond to potential and actual operational risks, finding effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish new products, procedures, and projects, promoting knowledge sharing and active communication.
  • Support the Hub processing center in accordance with agreed service standards, ensuring strict compliance with bank policies and external regulatory standards.

About You

  • 8+ years of experience in Trade Finance products, with a strong understanding of local regulatory reporting projects.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with Compliance, IT, Finance, and other departments.
  • Strong documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise procedures and workflows.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to extend knowledge and experience to new and innovative products.
