Category Management Executive

As a Category Management Executive at PepsiCo, you will be responsible for developing and implementing insight-based category management solutions with our customers to drive growth and profitability. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop strategies to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement category management plans with our customers to drive category growth profitably
• Conduct holistic category diagnosis based on category/market/shopper data and store observation for assigned strategic customers
• Develop category development plans based on category diagnosis and shopper insights, including clear growth objectives, strategies, and tactics
• Track the category management plan execution and conduct category review regularly, making necessary improvements
• Maintain AO data for CATMAN customers
Requirements
• University graduate or above
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
• Strong analytical, strategic, and logical thinking skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in category management, research, or account management in the FMCG industry
