Job Title: Financial Specialist

The Opportunity

As a Financial Specialist at Manulife, you will play a key role in facilitating annual budgeting and monthly reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis. You will be responsible for managing bank and cash business, performing accounting documents, and understanding the company's business and variance tools to support project financial calculations and forecasting.

Responsibilities

  1. Facilitate annual budgeting and monthly reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  2. Manage bank and cash business.
  3. Perform accounting documents and understand the company's business.
  4. Design and develop detailed financial models and scenarios for multiple initiatives.
  5. Prepare and declare corporate income tax reports and sales tax reports.

What we are looking for

  1. Experience in intercompany accounting or transfer pricing.
  2. 5 years or above post-qualification experience in financial or management reporting related positions.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  5. Understanding of Excel functions and pivot tables.
