Security Technical Program Manager, Amazon China

We are seeking an experienced Security Technical Program Manager to join our Amazon China team. As a key member of our Stores Security organization, you will play a critical role in driving exceptional security for our customers and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Establish credibility and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Business Development, Internal Audit, and Fraud.
- Develop a working knowledge of operational processes and controls in place to support Amazon Information Security and Compliance teams.
- Perform service impact assessments of existing and emerging compliance programs.
- Manage readiness efforts for audit and/or certification.
- Support process improvement and control implementation projects in coordination with service teams.
- Assist stakeholders and third-party developers in aligning standard operating procedures, controls, monitoring, and reporting with compliance policies and risk management.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
- 4+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 4+ years of experience in performing and/or participating in technical assessments of complex IT architecture.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance tools, Application Security, and Third-Party Security.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English languages with sufficient writing skill.
