Job Overview

As a Travel Experience Consultant at Anantara Vacation Club, your main duty involves conducting engaging presentations for potential members.

In every interaction with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders, it is essential to uphold professionalism, integrity, and quality. Anantara Vacation Club will provide thorough training to ensure you are knowledgeable about the Club Points Ownership program and are familiar with all relevant legal guidelines, compliance standards, and presentation protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed established targets in a professional and transparent manner.
  • Deliver presentations consistently and accurately, including:
  • Actively participate in all presentations and training sessions,
  • Keep all presentation materials up to date,
  • Continuously enhance presentation skills through self-evaluation, practice, and constructive feedback.
  • Prepare for daily meetings as required,
  • Follow best practices when engaging with guests,
  • Build rapport and trust with guests throughout the presentation process,
  • Identify guests' needs through strategic questioning and discussions to tailor the presentation accordingly,
  • Articulate the features, advantages, and benefits of Club Points Ownership,
  • Recommend the appropriate Club Points Ownership Tier that aligns with guests' vacation needs, both current and future, and
  • Maintain a solid understanding of financing options and details related to Club Points Ownership to address inquiries clearly and concisely.
  • Treat all guests with the utmost respect and courtesy to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Represent the company ethically and professionally, safeguarding the integrity of the brand.
  • Support the company's marketing initiatives.
  • Set and review performance objectives regularly.
  • Adhere to quality assurance and follow-up procedures as determined by your supervisor.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster a cohesive team environment.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the company's culture and operational processes.
  • Assist in mentoring and developing other consultants as needed.
  • Stay informed about current events and Anantara destinations to enhance relationship building with potential guests.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, which may include travel for business purposes.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • At least one year of experience in vacation ownership or timeshare sectors, or two years in direct sales.
  • Higher education is preferred but not mandatory.
