Position Overview

As a Consumer Experience Specialist at GOAT Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving support issues with patience while adhering to company policies.
  • Delivering real-time assistance with a positive demeanor through our support platform.
  • Identifying and escalating technical challenges related to our mobile applications and website to the appropriate team leads.
  • Collaborating closely with various support teams, including Operations and Engineering, to enhance service delivery.
  • Being adaptable to take on additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding written communication skills in English, enabling clear and concise interactions with customers while paying attention to detail.
  • A solid understanding of consumer experience, with the ability to propose strategies that enhance global customer support and overall satisfaction.
  • A highly organized individual capable of prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A quick learner and self-motivated team player who can make independent decisions based on established guidelines.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business demands.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or the eCommerce sector is advantageous.
