About this Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Project Manager to lead assigned RAN delivery related projects, ensuring project goals are met, customer expectations are fulfilled, and customer relations are handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects delivering RAN solutions or local customer adaptations of other Ericsson products to our customers.
  • Adapt Ericsson's service delivery framework, driving the establishment of project plans, defining project scope, securing vital resources, and supervising all activities.
  • Drive end-to-end project execution, tracking project activities, handling changes and critical issues.
  • Handle customer and internal partner relationships, building confidence and trust, ensuring project progress, and arranging meetings and customer events.
  • Manage project finance, ensuring financial system monitoring.
  • Develop the Customer Project Management field, simplifying processes, methods, and tools with creative ideas.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
  • Good English skills.
  • Related project coordinator experience.
  • Good communication skills, negotiation, persuading, and influencing skills.
  • Business understanding, customer, and market insight.
  • Financial acumen and analysis skills.
