About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies to drive sales performance and growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Incentive Plan Design and Communication

Design and communicate sales incentive plans that align with company strategies and market dynamics. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive goal achievement and ensure effective plan execution.

2. Hospital Potential Evaluation

Manage the hospital potential evaluation project process, communicate with stakeholders, and facilitate sales forces to complete validation processes.

3. Target Allocation

Allocate sales targets from provincial to hospital levels, ensuring alignment with guidelines. Facilitate sales forces to allocate targets into hospitals.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Management, or a relevant field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in SFE, Business Analysis, CRM management, or Consulting is required. Excellent communication skills, including global interactions with HQ, are essential. Independent problem-solving capabilities, good analytical skills, and familiarity with daily sales management topics are also required.
