Lead Engineer for AI Infrastructure Security

NVIDIA is seeking experienced engineers specializing in distributed systems and security to architect and develop our cutting-edge AI infrastructure and deep learning platform tailored for Autonomous Vehicles. Together, we will create a robust exa-scale software cloud platform addressing one of the most significant challenges of our era: autonomous driving technology. This platform will also extend to various applications including medical imaging, data analytics, genomics, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Development: Lead the design and execution of a scalable, distributed architecture focusing on security aspects such as authentication, authorization, access control, and multi-tenancy.
- Collaborative Innovation: Partner closely with diverse AI teams to develop a future-ready platform that not only fulfills their current requirements but also anticipates future innovations, thereby enhancing overall productivity.
- User Support: Serve as a fundamental support resource for platform users, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.
Qualifications:
- Academic Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Architecture, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Technical Skills: A strong programming foundation with an emphasis on data structures, design patterns, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and proficiency in languages such as Java, Scala, or Go.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional or research experience in security architecture, with a solid understanding of essential components like authentication, authorization, access control, and multi-tenancy.
- Adaptability and Drive: The ability to seamlessly transition between long-term strategic initiatives and immediate tactical tasks, coupled with a strong self-motivated approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes will be considered a significant advantage.
