AWS Infrastructure Supply Chain Coordinator

The AWS Infrastructure Supply Chain (AIS) division is committed to providing innovative strategies for sourcing, constructing, and sustaining eco-friendly data center supply chains.

As a pivotal member of our dedicated team, you will play a significant role in shaping the foundational infrastructure of AWS, contributing to the success of the foremost cloud services provider worldwide.

This position focuses on the management of spare parts inventory planning and sourcing processes to support data centers in the APAC region, reporting directly to an APAC Regional Manager.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication abilities, along with experience in inventory management or procurement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inventory assessments and replenishment to achieve stock objectives
  • Implement stock balancing through inter-location transfers
  • Oversee PR/PO management processes
  • Administer invoice and payment procedures
  • Evaluate vendor performance to ensure adherence to delivery, quality, and service standards
  • Facilitate bidding processes, including price reviews and negotiations
  • Perform data analysis as necessary
  • Identify operational gaps and spearhead process enhancement initiatives
  • Accountable for availability, inventory, and cost performance metrics

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience in planning or procurement
  • Skilled in data analysis utilizing tools such as Excel, SQL, etc.
  • Quick learner with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and adhere to deadlines
  • Enthusiasm for driving process improvements in a dynamic environment
