Wealth and Personal Banking Team Member

At HSBC, we are seeking an experienced professional to serve our customers worldwide across the entire spectrum of private wealth. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering service excellence, acquiring new customers, and promoting digital solutions to release teller service burden. Key responsibilities include relationships with customers, simple retail sales, and protecting the bank through vigilance against fraud and adherence to regulations. To be successful in the role, candidates should possess strong interpersonal and decision-making skills, a minimum of two years of experience in the financial services industry, and knowledge of core products, Premier proposition, and retail and wealth product processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver service excellence to customers
  • Acquire new customers
  • Promote digital solutions to release teller service burden
  • Protect the bank through vigilance against fraud
  • Adhere to regulations and policies

Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills
  • Minimum of two years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of core products, Premier proposition, and retail and wealth product processes
  • Knowledge of relationship management systems
  • Money Laundering Awareness Certificate
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory governance
  • Team player with collaborative skills
