How You'll Make an Impact
- You will be overall responsible for the project execution and the project result in terms of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and environment), time and budget, in line with the contract, relevant organization rules, guidelines and process descriptions from project release to achievement of FAC (Final Acceptance Certificate).
- You will be responsible for the management of the Project Execution Team.
- The PM and the CPM(Commercial Project Manager) are jointly responsible for the financial results of the project.
- Responsible for the risk & opportunity management in the project.
- The PM main focus is the customer and he is the focal point for the project for the Customers and company management.
- Manages the Project Execution Team and acts as a decision maker between departments related to project issues.
- Initiates and ensures the transfer and filing of relevant contractual data towards the Project Execution Team (meetings, order document, schedules, communication lines, order variations, specifications, etc.).
- Initiates and performs risk assessment/ opportunity on the project and issues a detailed project plan/ report.
- Initiates, performs and reports the monitoring of the project progress with respect to QHSE, time and costs.
- Implements and authorizes changes in contract and scope of supply and authorizes major deviation in design, schedule and budget.
- The PM will sign-off all invoices raised on contracts. Without signing-out no payment will be effected.
- The PM should adapt to the changing market and company environment. Work scope could be adjusted during business model change.
- Maintaining the good relationship with partners and initiatively contribute ideas to improve the cooperation.
What You Bring
- At least 2~3 years work experiences in a multinational company as PM.
- Familiar with project management process.
- Bachelor degree or above in gas turbine/compressor/steam turbine or equipment/mechanical related background.
- Good knowledge on MS Office software, especially MS Project.
- Good communication skill, coordination skill, influence skill and team work spirit.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Fluent English skill both for oral and writing.
- PM@Siemens or IPMA qualified or other equivalent qualification is a plus.
- Suitable for frequent business trip
