Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
The incumbent will oversee the adherence to timelines, track progress, and ensure outcomes align with all pertinent management systems throughout the project lifecycle, in collaboration with the Acquisition Manager:

Role Responsibilities:

 Development of a comprehensive project timeline based on client milestones
 Joint responsibility for technical presentations of proposals and estimates
 Creation of preliminary Bill of Materials (BOM)
 Autonomous execution of benchmarking assessments including detailed reporting
 Specification of component requirements including essential features and identification of components needing documentation
 Drafting of product specifications
 Selection of material categories
 Documentation in accordance with all relevant systems such as Galileo, Palm, etc.
 Recording of meeting minutes, call summaries, and distribution of pertinent documents
 Allocation of project hours within relevant systems, e.g., SAP
 Selection of all process technologies in collaboration with the Program Manufacture Leader and project team/GTS/GC
 Collaboration on tool concept development and tool specification establishment
 Engagement in FMEA for product and process
 Contribution to the identification of quality attributes
 Involvement in validation requirements
 Participation in determining development and design costs

Additional Responsibilities:

 Execution of departmental objectives
 Utilization of contemporary management techniques to oversee all individual projects
 Mentorship of interns and graduates currently completing their theses
 Assistance with pre-development and research initiatives

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:
 A minimum of 3 years of experience in interior engineering
 Strong understanding of interior components architecture, e.g., IP, DP, TC, AV, lighting
 In-depth knowledge of interior process flows, including injection, slush, foaming, covering, and wrapping
 Familiarity with tooling concepts, such as injection molds, slush, and foaming tools
 Experience with interior development phases and general OEM milestones, e.g., VW, VCC
 Knowledge of interior product validation processes
 Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams
 Proficiency in English as the primary working language
 Strong ability to manage stress while delivering tasks efficiently and accurately
