Your Mission, Roles, and Responsibilities

The main missions of the role are to:

Manage and coordinate innovation projects for new and further development of materials, products, and processes in the field of automobile interior. Define and complete innovation project targets according to Faurecia's internal innovation process in respect of time and budget targets.

Responsibility:

Manage innovation and pre-development projects for demonstration of technical feasibility of innovative ideas for the automobile interior.

Your Profile and Competencies to Succeed

Qualification:

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Degree (Master) in Engineering, ideally in any of the following engineering disciplines: Tooling, Polymer/Composite, Transport/Automotive, Mechanisms, Mechatronics, Electronics, HMI, Lighting
  • At least 3-5 years pre-development experience within an industrial environment, especially in the automotive industry
  • Experience in Mechanical
  • Structured & systematic with scientific & engineering mindset
  • Team Player with extended communication skills at all levels
  • Self-driven & dynamic
  • International mindset
  • English is compulsory
