Role Overview

As a Client Engagement Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Supervise the daily activities of designated projects, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Service Delivery Management: Oversee the technical and service-related aspects of projects, ensuring that client needs are met with high standards.
  • Study Design Evaluation: Assess and understand the preliminary design of studies, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Internal Coordination: Act as the primary liaison within the organization, maintaining direct communication with various departments and external clients.
  • Departmental Collaboration: Initiate and maintain ongoing communication with relevant departments to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Meeting Participation: Attend and lead project meetings, representing the organization at client kick-off sessions as necessary.
  • Customer Interaction: Facilitate teleconferences, site visits, and audits, providing timely updates and reports to clients.
  • Quality Assurance Collaboration: Work closely with Quality Assurance and Regulatory teams to resolve any issues effectively.
  • Quotation Management: Ensure that client requirements are accurately reflected in quotations, monitoring and adjusting budgets as needed.
  • Financial Reporting: Deliver precise financial forecasts and reports related to project performance.
  • Revenue Oversight: Manage revenue recognition for projects, ensuring accuracy before invoicing.
  • Process Improvement: Engage in cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing business processes.
  • Client Satisfaction: Collaborate closely with account managers to ensure overall client satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices in all responsibilities.
  • Company Vision: Promote and embody the company's vision in all interactions.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other tasks as assigned by management.
  • Global Project Leadership: For applicable projects, manage and lead operational aspects of large-scale clinical trials, ensuring timely and coordinated delivery.
  • Central Point of Contact: Serve as the main contact for clients at both project and program levels.
  • Goal Definition: Collaborate with clients to establish joint project objectives.
  • Comprehensive Project Management: Provide end-to-end project management across all services, ensuring accountability for delivery.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the escalation point for project-related issues, facilitating resolution and risk management.
  • Metrics Tracking: Define and monitor project metrics, maintaining dashboards and reporting on progress.
  • Financial Insights: Provide global financial data, including revenue forecasts and reporting.
  • Project Closure: Lead activities related to the closure of projects.
