Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring adherence to project timelines, overseeing progress, and delivering results in alignment with established management systems under the guidance of the Acquisition Manager.

Core Duties:

 Development of a comprehensive project timeline based on client milestones
 Joint responsibility for technical presentations related to proposals and estimates
 Creation of preliminary Bill of Materials (BOM)
 Conducting independent benchmarking assessments, including detailed reporting
 Specification of component requirements, highlighting critical features and identifying components needing documentation
 Formulation of product specifications
 Selection of appropriate material types
 Accurate documentation in compliance with relevant systems such as Galileo and Palm
 Maintenance of records including meeting minutes, call reports, and distribution of pertinent documents
 Allocation of project hours within applicable systems, e.g., SAP
 Selection of all process technologies in collaboration with the Program Manufacture Leader and project team
 Contribution to the development of tool concepts and specifications
 Collaboration on Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for products and processes
 Engagement in defining quality attributes
 Involvement in validation requirements
 Participation in determining development and design costs

Additional Responsibilities:

 Execution of departmental objectives
 Utilization of contemporary management techniques to oversee individual projects
 Mentorship of interns and students currently engaged in thesis work
 Assistance with pre-development and research initiatives

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:
 A minimum of 3 years of experience in interior engineering
 Strong understanding of interior parts architecture, including IP, DP, TC, AV, and lighting
 In-depth knowledge of interior process flows, such as injection molding, slush molding, foaming, and wrapping
 Familiarity with tooling concepts, including injection and slush foaming tools
 Experience with interior development phases and general OEM milestones
 Knowledge of interior product validation processes
 Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and internal teams
 Proficiency in English as the primary working language
 Ability to manage stress while delivering high-quality work efficiently and accurately
