Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of products being repaired.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of quality control and process improvement methodologies.
  • 5+ years of management experience, preferably in a foreign company.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
