Amazon China is seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to lead post-sale customer experience related projects/programs/products on cross-border shipping. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve post-sale customer experience
- Investigate customer experience issue cases and work with stakeholders to find solutions
- Support key events and ensure import fee accuracy
- Analyze operational metrics to optimize effectiveness
Requirements
- 5+ years of program management experience
- 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics
- Bachelor's degree
- Intermediate Excel skills
