Job Title: E-Commerce Key Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven E-Commerce Sales professional to manage and grow our sales with Ali Group customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and collaborating with various departments, TP, and distributor partners to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute Ali Group strategies to expand market share with existing and new product lines.
  • Deliver annual sales targets and manage monthly orders to maintain a healthy Days Outstanding (DOH).
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet targets and deepen consumer engagement.
  • Work closely with distributor logistics providers to ensure seamless fulfillment and delivery of products.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Design and plan promotion calendars and contribute activity ideas to reflect customer and shopper demand.
  • Budget management, including budget planning and claiming on time.
  • Continually improve Return on Investment (ROI) in channel/customer investment leverage.
  • Expand emerging channels within the Ali Ecosystem.
Requirements:
  • College or bachelor's degree.
  • At least 6 years of E-Commerce working experience in sales roles, with rich experience in Ali. FMCG or OTC industry is preferred.
  • OTC experience is nice to have, and better have experience managing both sales and traffic buy.
  • Good sales planning skills and learning agility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Good execution and result-driven.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Basic English skills in both writing and oral.
