Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Management - Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Performance Management - Monitor and evaluate supplier performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery timeliness, quality standards, and responsiveness.
  • Supply Chain Efficiency & Optimization - Identify opportunities for cost savings and enhanced efficiency within the supply chain, and work closely with internal teams to implement solutions.
  • Sustainability - Explore methods for enhancing sustainability in line with STC's sustainability goals, such as employing multimodal alternatives and inland waterways.
  • Onboarding - Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new suppliers, ensuring successful integration and adoption.
  • Compliance & Safety - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration - Collaborate with internal teams to drive initiatives improving supplier/customer satisfaction and supply chain efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a logistics/shipping company or other relevant field.
  • Must have experience working in an international environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective coaching and developing skills.
  • Organized and able to set goals and priorities.
  • Delegation.

  • Pro-active and self-starting.
  • Project Management skills.
  • English language.
