Job Summary

Familiar with BV SA service operations and serve as a professional interface between customers and BV internal departments. Provide seamless and superior service to all customers so that customers have a positive experience and will continue to work with BVCPS IAA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Program Manager in establishing client procedures and launching new programs or significant changes.
  • Prepare relevant data for client meetings and attend meetings when needed.
  • Handle complaints and potential issues, escalating operational issues to Program Manager or upper management.
  • Provide suggestions to account or program management.
Daily Operations
  • Update and maintain client documents on FTP, releasing document update notifications to operation teams.
  • Maintain high levels of phone and email etiquette, serving as the contact point between clients, SO, and operation teams.
  • Coordinate booking and monitoring scheduling status, handling day-to-day client enquiries.
  • Provide support to invoicing team by coordinating client for invoicing validation and overdue payment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to work with customers, determine their requirements, and ensure their total satisfaction with BV SA services.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, handle crisis situations, and balance several tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong work ethic, excellent client service skills, and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Knowledgeable in BV SA operations, procedures, and capabilities.
Required Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • University graduated with 2 years or above working experience preferably in social audit or customer service sector.
  • Good at Microsoft Office Software (word, excel and power point).
