Job Description

As an IT Staff Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing technical solutions that drive business growth and innovation. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with developers, data architects, and infrastructure experts to identify and mitigate technical risks
  • Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives
  • Design and implement technical architectures for application integration and interface design
  • Develop and implement measures and KPIs to assess the as-is situation and drive continuous improvement
  • Provide consultancy to enable best practice sharing and foster consistent integration patterns and interface designs
  • Ensure integration solutions and interfaces meet all security, data protection, and regulatory requirements
  • Own the documentation repository and govern changes and integration of new use cases

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in IT-related fields, with 3+ years in integration architecture and interface design
  • Preferable experience with defining, implementing, and operating interfaces for enterprise-level Content Management Systems
  • Familiarity with messaging architectures, rule-based systems, and network architectures
  • Proven experience in defining, implementing, and operating interfaces based on various integration patterns and technology stacks
  • Hands-on experience with distributed message systems, database connectivity, and Web application protocols
  • Professional proficiency in at least one programming language and related integration frameworks and tools
  • Experience in cloud solution integration, MS Dynamic CRM, and other related technologies
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn, and passionate about new technologies
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, with professional written skills in both languages
