Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Insights Specialist to join our team at The LEGO Group. As a key member of our commercial analytics team, you will be responsible for driving business insights and data-driven decision making to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to drive business insights and inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth
  • Provide regular business performance tracking and reporting to stakeholders
  • Support the development of commercial planning, revenue management, and trade promotion efficiency initiatives
  • Drive key initiatives to achieve a healthy ecosystem through continuous tracing, promotion guideline development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Offer support for monthly sales planning through sales data analytics
  • Support strategic projects, such as new channel expansion and new customer onboarding, by collaborating with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial analytics, preferably in a consulting, market research, commercial, or business development context
  • Experience in data analytics and commercial analytics is a must
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with Python/SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus
  • Data-driven mindset and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Faster learner, adaptable, and can-do attitude
