Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze supplier data to identify trends and insights
  • Design and implement metrics to measure supplier performance
  • Develop and maintain KPIs to track supplier behavior
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
  • Optimize existing workflows to improve supplier behavior
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or Engineering
  • Excellent analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with retail, supply chain, logistics, and/or ecommerce is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required
