Job Description

In GfK's Market Insights business, we help our clients understand their marketplace, including pricing, promotions, distribution, and market share. Up-to-date retail sales data reveal how products perform in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare retail reports, ensure quality, and efficiency to meet internal and external customer needs.
  2. Conduct in-depth research on retail market trends and provide valuable insights and analysis.
  3. Evaluate report preparation processes, propose improvements, and optimize efficiency.
  4. Analyze market trends, understand customer needs, and provide direction for report content and services.
  5. Develop new retail reporting services, research market demand, and analyze competitors' products.
  6. Lead a team to complete daily report preparation and service work, train, assess, and motivate team members.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, data analysis, business management, or related fields.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in retail reporting or related fields, with team management experience an asset.
  3. Proficient in data analysis tools and methods, with excellent data analysis and report writing skills.
  4. Deep understanding of the retail market, keen market insight, and analytical skills.
  5. Excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and ability to establish good cooperative relationships with customers and team members.
  6. Strong ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Good professional ethics and dedication, with high loyalty to the company and team.
