We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety and Environment Leader to join our team at Cummins Inc. This role will be responsible for implementing and sustaining a positive health, safety and environmental culture across our sites with low complexity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead training programs to educate employees on health, safety and environmental best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement health, safety and environmental strategies and initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on health, safety and environmental performance metrics and develop action plans to improve performance.
  • Interface with external regulatory bodies as required and provide support to resolve health, safety and environmental issues.

Requirements:

  • College or university degree in a relevant field, such as health, safety and environmental science or engineering.
  • Professional certification in a health, safety and environmental field, such as OSHA or ISO 14001.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a health, safety and environmental role, with a focus on management and leadership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions to health, safety and environmental issues.
