Job Summary

We are seeking a highly reliable and energetic Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Shanghai office. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will assist in developing creative strategies to identify and attract world-class talent, guide candidates through our pipeline, and partner to improve the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a brand ambassador for our firm, managing candidate communications and guiding them through the interview process from application to hire.
  • Responsible for generating and managing a high-quality and active pipeline of candidates, leveraging different channels to source candidates and using creative approaches to outreach and engage with high-potential candidates.
  • Conduct first-round interviews effectively, ensuring all candidates are evaluated and assessed fairly and accurately, and proactively selling the AlphaSights vision and value proposition to candidates.
  • Manage candidate pipeline in a timely and efficient manner, including scheduling interviews and responding to candidates' enquiries, managing and updating job postings accurately, and preparing and sending out offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Work alongside the Manager/Senior Recruiter to manage campus recruiting logistics, organize events, ship materials, book travel, and troubleshoot real-time issues, and support the team on developing and executing talent attraction and employer branding activities.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials and noteworthy extracurricular leadership.
  • 0-3 years of work experience in corporate recruitment, headhunting, or executive search.
  • Native Chinese and fluent English, with any additional Asian language(s) being an advantage.
