About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate to join our Japanese team, where you will play a key role in building relationships with experts and clients in the investment industry.

As an Associate, you will be responsible for tracking down experts, building relationships, and persuading them to speak to our clients. You will also set up consultations between our clients and the experts you find, negotiating the terms of each meeting.

This is an exciting, fast-paced, deadline-driven role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. You will be part of a diverse and inclusive team that values feedback, open communication, and continuous learning.

What You'll Need
  • Native Japanese language skills and fluency in English
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone
  • Strong academic credentials or a proven background in a customer-focused role
  • Ability to build expertise in client engagement, influencing, negotiation, project management, and stakeholder management
