About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate, Client Service to join our team at Guidepoint. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for developing strategies to satisfy client project requests, identifying and engaging with experts to provide valuable insights, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with project managers to develop and implement client project strategies
  • Utilize various sources, including LinkedIn, press releases, and case studies, to identify and engage with experts who can provide valuable insights to our clients
  • Screen and select experts to participate in client consultations, ensuring their suitability and expertise
  • Develop and maintain professional profiles for experts to present to clients
